The preliminary and conceptual analysis provided the investors with a clear path to develop the project with their own design office and to build the residential part of the project. Through the design of the Master plan architects have proposed a general concept of integrated housing and commercial premises. The only dissonance with this concept is an office tower, which is supposed to be a vertical landmark of the whole complex.
