The house is defined mostly by a very narrow site. The client’s brief was to design the office premises which could be easily transformed in apartments when the firm grows and moves to a new site. Many design and engineering tasks by the client were successfully solved and the combination of dark surfaces of walls and wooden mouldings became an inspiration for many architects afterward. The project was awarded as the best in the category of Architecture on the 33rd SALON of Architecture in Belgrade.
