Nebojša Tower was built around 1460 to protect the Belgrade fortress for the river.
In 2010 a team of Architects from the Belgrade University of Architecture (Jovan Mitrovic, Dejan Miljkovic and Branislav Pavic) were commissioned for a revitalisation of the tower into a historical museum.
